The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and bath and 1 with a queen bed and attached bath. Each bedroom has a separate remote control AC unit. In addition, there is an air conditioned sitting room and bar area with a small refrigerator and sink.
The 2nd floor features an open air living area under a palapa roof with a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bath and 2 sofas that can double as twin beds. Adjoining this is a small bedroom with an adjoining covered terrace which overlooks the garden.
The 3rd floor features the “Starlite Terrace” for star gazing and sunning.
A gated driveway area for parking is enclosed in a beautiful private garden, shaded by a large avocado, a mango and palms. The garden are, which is beautifully landscaped, features a tiled fountain, an outdoor shower and a small building housing the washer and dryer.
