MAIN HOUSE

The CASA is a 2 bedroom 2 ensuite bathroom, art studio, laundry room and garage space. Complete with inverter air conditioners, large inverter fridge and freezers,  quartz countertops in both bathrooms, pantry and kitchen.
All bedrooms are facing the pool and have glass sliding doors.
The large art studio could be easily converted into 1 or 2 bedrooms or a suite on it’s own fully plumbed with sink, counter and toilet already installed. 
The kitchen, dining and living room view out to the pool through 4 meter wide glass sliding doors that lead directly onto a covered foyer with large round table with 6  leather /wood chairs.

2 CASITAS

The 2  CASITAS share one building and a mutual patio. Each have new tile and cabinetry that provide more convenience and aesthetics for guests. Both have pathways from parking spots and to the pool and Casa areas.  The CASITAS are fully equipped for accommodation business, guests , resort or hotel (including  air conditioning and fans )

PALAPA HOUSE

This gorgeous traditional Palapa House is another standalone accommodation with its own laundry facility.  It is air cooled with fans and has it’s own private garden and large patio/sitting area and parking. The palapa roof has been well maintained and a new patio roof was put on last year.

POOL AREA 

This building in front on the pool and has cement walls and an upgraded palapa roof. One side houses a change room/bathroom with shower and the other side has has a 3.9 hp inverter pool pump,ozonator plus auto watering system for the complete property, and space for garden tools/equipment. The structure is joined with a chain link to a dog kennel which is used as a fully fenced garden area currently.

GARDEN AND SURROUNDING AREAS 

Near the Palapa House and Casa Studio is a Bodega - a large workshop/storage area with  shaded parking. It can accommodate more than one car,  golf carts, ATVs, etc. and has ample shelving for a workshop.
